Explore Chicagoland 1: Aurora

I took BNSF route which ended at Aurora.
I went to Hollywood Casino and Chicago Premium Outlet....
So you may guess why I didn't have time to take photos on that day.

Explore Chicagoland 2: Highland Park

Start at metra station Ogilvie around 10AM
I decided to take Union Pacific route along lake Michigan.
Highland Park downtown is quite nice. So do people :-)

Downtown St.Louis, Missouri

I traveled by bus this time.....there were only 10-20 passengers (awesome!)
This pic was taken at gas station for 15minutes break. When we got on the bus, it was stuck and driver asked all of us to go the back of the bus...so it could move out of the ice (:-p)
I arrived at 6PM (I spent seven hours on the bus instead of five because of snow storm.) It was dark and cold, therefore, this pic was shot the next day.

Busch Stadium home of Cardinal, one of the most famous baseball teams in the U.S.
View from my room (at Hilton Ballpark)
Inside Union Station.
On the way to St.Louis....welcome to winter wonderland

Gateway Arch (630M Tall) I rode the tram to the top and saw the city view from there...

Old Courthouse just next to the hotel I stayed
Yummy!?
I still wondered how I was able to wake up very early! Sunrise at Jefferson National Park
Puplar St.Bridge to Illinois and Mississippi River in the morning (around 7AM I guess ;-)

These children were prepared for their christmas shows at Union Station.
This is Union Station, St.Louis on Market Street. Now it is no longer a train station.....it had changed to shopping place, hotel, and museum.
There was snow strom in midwest the night before I went to St.Louis. Lucky me that it was only one day and the result was these spectacular scenaries the next day! 6 inches of snow here! : )

Two days one night trip with myself! It was pretty good experience and fun!
I met many kind people in this town.
